What we do

California Unified Service Providers, LLC (CUSP) is an organization that provides state-of-the-art behavior analytic interventions.  Eric W. Maier, Ph.D., BCBA-D co-founded CUSP organization in Torrance, California in 2004.  The mission of the organization is to help people meet their maximum potential by providing behavioral treatments to meet each person’s needs.

Here at CUSP we design behavioral treatments for those who have developmental challenges such as Autism, Aspergers, Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Cerebral Palsy, Fragile-X Syndrome, Down Syndrome, and other related developmental disabilities.  Your son or daughter’s specific strengths and weaknesses guide the design of a highly individualized program that teaches prerequisite skills important to achieving independent functioning in the least restrictive environment.  In doing so, the treatment narrows the gap between your son or daughter’s chronological and mental age.  The techniques used by CUSP are based on the principles of behavior analysis.  The content of CUSP’s Comprehensive Behavioral Architecture® Curriculum includes verbal behavior, listener behavior, adaptive living skills, fine & gross motor skills, school readiness, self-management, perspective taking skills, problem solving, planning skills, social skills, and all the foundation skills essential for the appropriate functioning in the natural environment.

CUSP, LLC is currently an in network provider for:
