Kara began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2020 when she joined CUSP as a Registered Behavior Technician. Through her dedication to high-quality care and professional growth, she advanced to a senior technician role, where she also served as a trainer and mentor to staff within the organization. These experiences strengthened her passion for the field and motivated her to further her education in ABA.
In 2024, Kara earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pepperdine University. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2025 and currently serves as a case supervisor. In this role, Kara provides individualized, evidence-based services to children, adults, and their families. She is committed to collaboration, ethical practice, and supporting meaningful outcomes that enhance quality of life.
