Kionna Copes, M.A., B.C.B.A.

Kionna Copes
Case Supervisor

Kionna Copes has been working with children since 2017 where she interned at Department of Children and Families in Connecticut before moving to California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Gender Studies from University of Hartford in 2018. After graduating, she moved to California and applied at CUSP, LLC to learn more about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She joined CUSP, LLC in July of 2018, as a behavioral technician. After starting her job at CUSP, Kionna fell in love with the field of ABA and wanted to continue to have an impact on the families with whom she worked with. In 2021, Kionna pursued her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on ABA at Arizona State University. In August of 2022 she graduated with her Master’s degree and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in December of 2023.

Kionna’s passion for ABA continues to show through her work at CUSP and the amazing clients/families she works with. Not only does she provide one-on-one therapy to clients, but she is also able to train new and current behavioral technicians. She is currently a Case Supervisor and is excited to see where her journey takes her in the future.
