Viveca Andres has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 2007. She earned two Bachelor’s degrees in 2007: one in Social Science with an emphasis in Public and Community Services and the second in Sociology. During her time in and after school, she has worked with children and teenagers in several roles: as a tutor, teacher’s aide in elementary schools, counselor for college-bound students, and behavioral technician working with children with developmental disabilities. In 2010, she went back to school to The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles (TCS-LA) to study Applied Behavior Analysis, where she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2016, Viveca became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Viveca joined the CUSP family in 2010 and has furthered her knowledge and professional growth by starting as a Behavioral Technician to joining the Training Division as a Supervising Technician. She continues to mentor new and current staff, helps families and clients progress in their programs, and is helping to grow our Orange County Office. As a Case Supervisor, she continues to provide positive behavioral changes that help children, adults, and their families.

Stephanie Ammari joined the CUSP family in 2006 as a Case Supervisor and is currently the Director of Clinical Programs at our Orange County office located in Garden Grove.

Allison earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University in 2005.

Markee Helms moved from Michigan to California in 2011 to attend The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles.

Aimee Saitta broke into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2002 when she began working with children with developmental disabilities as a behavioral therapist in Torrance, CA.
