Rosie Roma received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2013. After graduating, she moved to Torrance and like any college graduate, she was unsure as to what her next step would be. With no prior experience working with children diagnosed with ASD but with a will to learn, Rosie found CUSP and joined the team as a Behavior Technician in 2014. A few months went by and Rosie decided to make a career out of ABA and went on to receive her Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. During the first year of working with CUSP and while earning her Master’s degree, Rosie quickly moved on to the Senior Behavior Technician position. During this time, she began training new behavioral assistants and evaluating the progress of current technicians. Once she had completed her Master’s program in 2017, she was promoted to Master Technician of the Training Division. Rosie received her BCBA certification in May of 2018 and loves working with children diagnosed with ASD.
