Lauren Melen received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas in 2010. While at the University of Kansas, she worked as a teacher in an Applied Behavior Analysis research preschool, where she used the principles of ABA to teach children. She joined the CUSP team as a behavioral technician in 2010 to continue working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Lauren graduated in June of 2013 from California State University Los Angeles with a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2013. As a Program Designer, she oversees the implementation of CUSP programs and parent training. Lauren enjoys helping children learn and grow.
