Dr. Eric W. Maier, BCBA-D, founder of the California Unified Service Providers, L.L.C. (CUSP) and of Behavioral Cusp, L.L.C., is currently our Chief Executive Officer and Chief Clinical Officer. Dr. Maier started working with individuals diagnosed with developmental / intellectual disabilities in 1992 at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) where he earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology. At that time, he was involved in implementing behavioral intervention therapy to children diagnosed with autism and related disorders and was supervised by Dr. Ivar Lovaas.
Sara A. Kiser, B.A.
Director of Operations
Sara A. Kiser started working as a behavior therapist with children diagnosed with developmental disabilities in 2002. She used her experience as a behavior therapist to assist the administrative staff with schedules and other administrative duties in 2003.
Monica Saydak Yenokida, M.S., B.C.B.A.

Monica Saydak Yenokida first began in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2002 when she began working with children with special needs as a behavior therapist. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in 2003 and began working at CUSP in 2004.

Stephanie Ammari joined the CUSP family in 2006 as a Case Supervisor and is currently the Director of Clinical Programs at our Orange County office located in Garden Grove.

Doreece Taylor received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in 2006. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Upon completing her M.A.

Valerie Gonzalez has enjoyed working with children of all ages in the educational setting since 2001. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University Los Angeles in 2005.

Aimee Saitta broke into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2002 when she began working with children with developmental disabilities as a behavioral therapist in Torrance, CA.

Keyon Roberts has been working with children since his very first job in 1999 as an after school program aid for elementary school students. Working with children has always been a passion for Keyon as he maintained a job in the same field throughout his college years.

Jacob Gee received his Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of California Berkeley in 2010 before moving back to Los Angeles to pursue a career working with children with developmental/ intellectual disabilities.

Markee Gueldenzopf moved from Michigan to California in 2011 to attend The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Los Angeles. During her time at The Chicago School she completed and published her thesis on “The Learn Unit”.
